Ground Floor

The front door happens to be at the cooler back of the property and opposite a lovely stone alcove with hanging lantern and seating area it leads you into the spacious and airy open-plan living area.

Kitchen

A contemporary Italian designer kitchen with high-gloss doors and stainless steel handles. It comprises of: a roller/shutter cupboard concealing a Siemens toaster; lighting under the top cupboards; a black granite worktop with a ‘Franke’ stainless steel sink and power/spray tap;Siemens gas hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher; American style fridge freezer; a large worktop/bar with bar stools underneath – the perfect place to sit whilst browsing on the internet! There is an abundance of china and glass from everyday china to designer tableware for entertaining. Acrylic glasses and plates for safety around the pool. Along with pots and pans, cooking utensils and BBQ tools. A blender for making smoothies, a small George Foreman grill, a toaster and a juicer. From table mats to candles everything has been thought of, if you wish to entertain at home.

Sunken Sitting Room

The matching contemporary furniture has all been custom made in Italy. Here you will find comfortable sofas, a coffee table and side tables, a small sideboard with books, dvd’s and cd’s, a wall-mounted 42” plasma TV with satellite channels and an open fireplace with a grate for wood burning should you wish to relax in front of a real fire. Under floor heating has been installed throughout to take the chill away from the travertine marble flooring in the cooler months. Real footwarming bliss!

Dining area

A beautiful Italian black glass dining table with eight chairs sits beneath a sophisticated Italian chandelier.

Relaxation area

In front of patio doors to the terrace, there is a lovely rug with a pile of cushions for just laying around on whilst taking in the view!  Also a sideboard with Bose iPod docking station. Shelving and lamp.

A spacious room with large glass walk-in shower, low-level WC, washbasin on travertine marble worktop with vanity unit underneath. A heated towel rail is also provided.
